Verses on Friday- Thoughts and Prayers

Hello, everyone!  Thank you for stopping again for another "Verses on Friday" project.  I don't say this often, but this week I have to say it- TGIF!  What a week it has been!  So thankful that Friday is finally here!

This week, I thought I would share with you a card from one category of Verses Rubber Stamps that might not often get as much attention, but is so vital.   After birthday and "get well" cards, my most frequently sent cards are Sympathy Cards.    So this week, I thought I would use Verses Rubber Stamp SY0522-F "Thoughts and Prayers".

I love the wording of this sentiment for several reasons.  One, if you have ever experienced a loss, you know that there really are no words that instantly help with the healing process.  It is often just the support and thoughts of others that help sustain us during this time.   I think this stamp just simply says that.   The second thing I like about the "Thoughts and Prayers" stamp is that the wording allows you to use it in more than the loss of a loved one.   Often times, we may just need to let someone know that we are there for them through whatever "life situation" they are going through.

This was a very simple card to make.  I didn't want the focus to be on anything but the words.  As always, you can find my supplies listed below.

Thank you again for stopping by on another Friday.  I hope your week is wonderful and you stop back in next week!
